Your new companyHays HR are proud to be working exclusively with a market leading manufacturing organisation in Cwmbran. They are looking for an experienced HR professional who also has a passion for welfare and wellbeing!
Your new roleThis is a stand-alone position on-site in Cwmbran reporting into the Business Director. You will be responsible for HR and welfare, including:
* Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle
* Supporting line managers with basic employee relations processes such as disciplinaries, grievances, capability (for complex HR matters, you will have access to an external lawyer))
* Supporting managers with their staff's development and contributing to overall succession planning
* Undertake HR admin tasks including scheduling training events, action plans and employee surveys.
* Undertake HR projects such as pay reviews, administrating the annual bonus scheme and updating the staff handbook and policies when appropriate.
* Create the monthly payroll summary for the finance department to process.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Have previous experience as an HR Administrator
2. Have good knowledge of employment law and up-to-date legislation
3. Hold a Mental Health First Aid Qualification (desired but not essential)
4. Have a CIPD Qualification (Desired not essential)
