The Salon Receptionist ensures the smooth running of the reception area in the absence of the Salon Supervisor, providing an exceptional salon experience for clients. You will work alongside the Salon Supervisor to achieve the standards set by Daniel Galvin and Corinthia Hotel London, delivering a seamless and personal arrival and departure experience for guests while dealing with queries and maximizing revenue by cross-selling other departments within Corinthia Hotel London.
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in a luxury/high-end salon
* Knowledge of luxury salon services and products is advantageous
* Experience of working with salon booking and scheduling software
* A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
* Flexibility to work varied hours
* Good level of written and spoken English
