Are you a passionate NPD/Innovation specialist? We’re seeking a Concept Development Manager to join our central functions team at High Wycombe; working cross functionally with our Technical, Commercial and Operations teams.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
● To lead & support defined Hovis Retailer brand development projects
● To provide site support across the UK on various projects.
Experienced at working with bakery teams, understanding manufacturing and site Technical compliance requirements, providing clear direction and project delivery
