Job Title: HR Assistant Hours: Full or Part-time hours (flexible start and finish times) Location: Hybrid – 3 office day per week Holiday: 26 days ( public holidays) Pro Rota Salary: £25,000 - £28,000K dependent on experience Within our people-focused businesses ,we help our clients to create a place that their people love to work, through our outsourced HR and recruitment services. In this hybrid role, you will be the right-hand wo/man to our busy HR consultants, providing administrative & HR support for a wide range of clients. Your main areas of focus will be: · Producing people documentation for clients such as employee handbooks and people policies and all people-related administration · Managing onboarding process for multiple clients to include · Drafting contracts of employment and offer letters drafting contracts of employment and offer letters · Carrying out right to work checks and referencing process for new hires · Processing leavers · Maintaining the HR database for multiple clients Our entire support service is provided to our clients using our CRM system; that means all HR support requests are raised, completed and closed off via our help-desk style system. This helps us keep a good handle on the volume of support needed, the spread of work across the team and that our commitment for excellent quality of service is being met. What we’re looking for The absolute key to this role is being a mastery of attention to detail so that client documents are always spot on, whilst also being super organised and able to prioritise your workload like a ninja.
