Roles like this don’t come around often! Based in the City Centre with full flexibility, my client is expanding and looking for an Business Administrator to join their team.
You will be in the office 3 days a week and at home for 2, working in a supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress with the business. They even offer a generous holiday package of 23 days plus bank holidays, a quarterly company bonus scheme, pension schemes, health cover and up to £150 monthly commuter contribution.
They are looking for someone with administration experience ideally within marketing or finance. You will be covering a range of tasks such as supporting with compliance and HR, bookkeeping duties, assisting with marketing tasks, maintaining financial records using Xero, working closely with management to ensure coordination between all departments and overseeing all general administration within the office.
This role would be absolutely perfect for someone highly organised and proactive, looking for a role with that work life balance, yet still keeping the professional feeing. The owner of the business has children so is really understanding with parents and will support them in any way he can.
