Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bournemouth and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Benefits: Van and Fuel Card Provided, 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, 1 in 7 Call-Out with £105 Standby Fee and Overtime Pay, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems across multiple retail sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
Respond to emergency call-outs as per the 1 in 7 rota, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any significant issues to the management team.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
F-Gas certification is essential.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license.Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Participation in a 1 in 7 call-out rota with a standby fee of £105 and additional overtime pay for call-outs.What We Offer:
