Restaurant Manager required for a Michelin star restaurant, based within a stunning country house hotel in the South East of England.
This outstanding hotel has held a Michelin star for over 10 years and represents a classic contemporary fine dining restaurant.
We are looking for a restaurant manager to oversee the day to day running of the main 60 cover restaurant and private dining.
The role will oversee a dedicated team of 25 within the restaurant and report directly into the Food and Beverage Manager.
Our client requires a restaurant manager that has gained good experience of working in a Michelin star restaurant, not necessarily at restaurant management level.
This position could appeal to an assistant restaurant manager that is looking for their first HOD role.
