Job Title: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Maxim Office Park, Parklands Ave, Eurocentral ML1 4WQ
Mode of working: Onsite
Duration: 12+ months of contract initially
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Corporate IT Help Desk
* Responding to Corporate IT Help Desk tickets
* Meeting SLA requirements
* Assisting with continuous improvement to system and processes.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of a high level of innovation in the corporate IT team.
* Contribute to the culture of continual improvement and efficiency within our IT and business systems
Skills:
* A proven track record as a Systems Administrator.
* SaaS experience.
* Currently part of an IT Helpdesk team.
* A proven ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing business environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Established and hands-on experience of administration of 0365 tenant.
* Good experience administrating a corporate network across multiple locations to include:
* Firewall
* Switching
* WiFi
* VPN
* Handling business critical system outages
* Working within and improving IT policies and processes.
* Good experience of managing, upgrading, maintaining windows PC, Laptop and Server environments.
* Experience working in an ISO 27001 certified organisation.
* A working knowledge of Cisco networking, practices and principles.
* A working knowledge of Powershell.
* Experience in cloud infrastructure AWS and/or Azure.
