RoleOverview:
TheyareseekingaSales&EventsPlannertotakechargeofeventplanning,salescoordination,andclientrelationshipmanagement.Youwillworkcloselywithclientstounderstandtheirneedsandprovidetailoredeventsolutions.Theroleishybrid,requiringflexibilitytoworkacrossourvenuesinLondonandHighWycombe,withsomeremoteworkoptions.Theidealcandidatewillbepassionateabouteventplanning,proactiveinmanagingclientexpectations,andcomfortableworkingacrossdifferentlocations.
KeyResponsibilities:
Sales&BusinessDevelopment:
* Proactivelymanageinboundclientinquiries,qualifyleads,andconvertopportunitiesintoconfirmedeventbookings.
* Developtailoredproposalsforeventsbasedonclientrequirements,workingtoaclearunderstandingoftheirvisionandbudget.
* Buildandnurturestrongrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingclientstoencouragerepeatbusinessandreferrals.
* Provideclientswithvenueandcateringsolutions,offeringcreativeideasandsuggestionstoenhancetheireventexperience.
* Meetandexceedsalestargetsbydrivingbookingsforbothcorporateandprivateeventsacrossmultiplevenues.
* Collaboratewiththesalesandmarketingteamstoenhancebrandawarenessanddeveloppromotionalstrategies.
EventPlanning&Coordination:
* Leadtheplanningandcoordinationofeventsfrominitialconceptthroughtofinalexecution,ensuringallclientrequirementsaremet.
* Createdetailedeventplans,includingtimelines,budgets,logistics,andkeydeliverablesforinternalteams.
* Coordinatecloselywithinternaldepartments(operations,catering,technicalteams)toensuresmootheventdeliveryandexecution.
* Provideon-sitesupportforevents,overseeingset-up,guestexperience,andensuringallaspectsrunaccordingtoplan.
* Managepost-eventfeedback,debriefs,andensureclientsaresatisfiedwiththeserviceprovided.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
* Actasthemainpointofcontactforclientsthroughouttheeventplanningprocess,respondingtoqueriesandprovidingregularupdates.
* Ensureclients'needsaremet,anticipatechallenges,andproactivelyresolveissuestoensurethesuccessoftheevent.
* Maintainhighlevelsofcustomerservice,ensuringeachclientfeelsvaluedandsupportedateverystageoftheireventjourney.
Reporting&Administration:
* Manageeventdocumentationandcontracts,ensuringallbookingsareconfirmedandclearlyoutlined.
* Maintainanaccurateandup-to-dateCRMsystemwithclientdetails,eventspecifics,andsalesprogress.
* Trackandreportonsalesperformance,providingregularupdatestomanagementonrevenueandbookingstatus.
Skills&Experience:
* Minimum2yearsofexperienceincateringeventSalesandplanning.
* Experienceinclient-facingsalesroles,withafocusonevents,hospitality,orcatering.
* Strongorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleeventssimultaneously,ensuringeachisdeliveredflawlessly.
* Creativeandinnovativeapproachtoeventplanning,withakeeneyefordetailandapassionfordeliveringexceptionalevents.
* Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportandrelationshipswithclients.
* Strongproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytohandleanychallengesthatmayariseduringtheeventplanningordeliveryprocess.
* Proficiencyineventmanagementsoftware,CRMtools,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
