Regional Business Development Manager opportunity
£40-45k basic plus £10k OTE
Car allowance
This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales driven individual who enjoys being out on the road and generating a sales pipeline from scratch. You'll be working with a small, yet ambitious business with an excellent reputation locally. Your typical region will be North of the Thames, along the M25 boundary and across to the M40 Oxford boundary.
What you'll be doing?
Researching opportunities, networking and generating prospects across different sectors
Working to an annual target in year 1
Building strong relationships with your clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions by highlighting your services and products
Working cross functionally with colleagues
Writing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Account management
Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas
Using the CRM to track leads accurately and customer interactions
Attending networking events and building a local reputation ?
What experience and skills you'll need?
Proven experience in business development within the office furniture/office fit out market
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full driving license and flexible to travel weekly
CRM software experience
Results driven mindset with a drive for success
Located within the region
Attend the offices once per week and the rest split between home and field based work
