As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy, driving online growth, and maximising their digital ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee and manage their social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising.
* Manage the website and CMS, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
* Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, display advertising).
* Conduct user research and analyse website analytics to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
* Optimise the website for search engines (SEO) and paid search (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic.
* Track and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
* Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
