What we offer you
1. Type of service Supported Living - supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
2. Location 33a Station Rd, Longfield, DA3 7QD
3. Salary information £ per hour
4. Working hours Early and late shifts and some weekends
5. Contract Type - Full time and Part time -, 30 or hours per week
6. Up to 50% bank holiday allowance**
7. Pay incentives: 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
8. Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

What youll be doing
Every day is different. You may be supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care to supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. You could be building someones confidence in using public transport to teaching money management skills. Whats important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.
Youll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. Listening to their wants and needs, enabling people to do daily tasks such as taking medication, cooking a meal or working with them to build their confidence and take on new adventures they are longing for. All this while working a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance.
Public transport to our service here is limited so it would be great if you had a driving licence and access to a car, or are able to get help getting to and from the service.
