1. Purpose
To provide a high quality and effective, technical and administrative support to Underwriters, working within UK Digital, liaising with Underwriters and providing a prompt service using the company’s systems and internal processes to meet brokers and clients’ needs.

Administration support
5. Monitor eTrade inbox and distribute emails
6. Phone hunt group maintenance /updates
Underwriting support
7. Assist underwriters with accounts queries
8. Check proof of bonus / CCE emails sent in from brokers against held risks
9. Create and send CCE to brokers
10. Process Index linking figures monthly
11. Process ARAG reports
Cancellations
12. Fleet cancellations
13. Property cancellations
Claims
14. Process daily claims reports received from Davies (our claims TPA)
15. Process Acturis claims upload daily
16. Manage claims upload failures
MID
17. Upload reports to MID via MDS
18. Upload receipt checking
19. Manage MID error and warnings
20. Reply to MID FPN disputes
ELTO
21. Upload reports to the ELD
22. ERN chasing
Agency
23. Set up new users / delete users on ePlace
24. Process agency transfers on Acturis
25. Action monthly agency updates report
26. Update broker overview report
Sanctions
27. Upload weekly report
28. Run & distribute AML reports
Any other tasks as directed by the E-Trade Manager.
