Our newly appointed Head Chef, Nathan Cornwell, brings a wealth of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, including Geranium (3 Michelin Stars), Kadeau & Oaxen Krog (2 Michelin Stars), Le Champignon Sauvage (2 Michelin Stars), and most recently, The Barn at Moor Hall.
We are now looking to add a talented Chef de Partie to our incredible team!
What we offer:
* £38,000 per year + generous service charge
* Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
* Summer closure: Two weeks off every August
* January closure: First week of January off
* Daily staff meals are provided while on shift
* Break every day from 3-5 pm
* Work with world-class produce and a small, focused team led by a previously Michelin-starred Head Chef
* Uniform provided
Requirements: We’re looking for a strong, motivated Chef de Partie with proven experience in elite hospitality, ideally from a Michelin-level, 3 AA Rosette environment, or similar fine dining establishments.
The successful Chef de Partie will need to demonstrate:
* Innovation and creativity
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Meticulous attention to detail
* A professional personality
