The site can produce 540,000 cans per hour and 132,000 bottles per hour. What to expect: In the operational trainer role, you will be expected to assess the training needs of employees and develop programmes to enhance their abilities and performance while working autonomously. The role includes the creation of educational materials, conducting workshops and delivering face to face learning as well as evaluating the outcomes of the training sessions to enable continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop Training Plans : Create and develop the sites training strategies and initiatives in conjunction with Learning & Development (L&D). Deliver Training : Provide operational and technical training as per site training plans to ensure consistent learning standards to foster a competent and knowledgeable workforce. You must feel comfortable delivering to groups. Audit and Review : Regularly audit and update operational and technical training materials driven through evaluation. Foster Learning Culture : Promote a balanced approach to formal training, coaching, and on-the-job learning to enhance performance. Training Administration : Maintain and update training records, highlight opportunities and create plan for closure. Qualifications & Experience: Certification : No specific certifications are required but a proven experience in the field of learning and development with examples of delivering training using a variety of methodologies. Operational Insight : Ability to develop training materials, conduct engaging and effective training sessions to others based on operational function requirements. Industry Experience : Experience in the FMCG/Supply Chain sector, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Technical Training Expertise : Proven experience in the field of learning and development with examples of delivering training using a variety of methodologies with a focus on technical training of machine running. Compliance Knowledge : Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment policies. Quality Systems Understanding : Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
