MISSION
As a Beauty Consultant for Fresh, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in beauty and skincare. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, challenging yourself to achieve the counter sales targets. By being your own leader, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service at all times. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate Fresh core values and represent the brand at all times.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales: Offer the unexpected to create a memorable experience.
1. To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
2. To pro-actively sell Fresh products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
3. To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
4. To uphold customer service and training standards in the store. Exemplify excellence in customer service responsibilities.
5. To express humility, kindness, and genuine interest in the individual.
Service: Consistently deliver value-added services to enhance customer experience.
6. To be knowledgeable on all Fresh products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections.
7. To demonstrate products on clients by means of flash mini-facials and confidently explain the benefits of each product.
8. To ensure that a luxury level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyalty
9. Maintain merchandise in accordance with the company’s visual presentation standards. Actively participate in upholding the brand esthetic in all merchandising activities including but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers.
10. To demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product.
11. To create an inspirational shopping experience through creative and compelling store environments.
