About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Criminal Intelligence Analyst to join our Public Protection team based within Specialist Crime Division at either the Scottish Crime Campus at Gartcosh, or at the National Child Abuse Investigation Unit at Vigilant House in Paisley (based on candidate preference).
As a Criminal Intelligence Analyst in the Public Protection Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to public safety and contribute to a proactive approach to crime prevention and safeguarding. You will leverage data, analytical tools, and intelligence techniques to support ongoing investigations through the delivery of insightful analytical products.
Your work will support decision-making processes, highlight emergent risks, and directly impact operational outcomes within the unit, helping to prevent harm and protect some of the most vulnerable people in society.
Proven experience in a research or analytical environment is essential.

This role will be Monday-Friday, 8-4, and be predominantly office based with scope for occasional working from home.
