About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at AESC UK. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement quality control plans to minimize defects and non-conformities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Analyse quality data to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
* Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex data sets.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
Salary Estimate: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
