We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our client in Melksham. In your role as an Assistant Store Manager, you will offer excellent customer service to both commercial and private clients, ensuring their questions are answered in a professional manner.
Key Duties:
* Provide the highest level of customer service
* Liaise with customers by phone, email or in person
* Keep the CRM system up to date keying in accurate information
* Provide customers with quotes
* Discuss solutions with customers that will suit their needs best
As this role focuses on being a main point of contact for customers, by phone, email or in person, we are looking for someone who can excel at communication with people at all levels, ensuring they provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment. Other key skills will include:
* Excellent IT skills, competency using and learning CRM systems and processes
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Previous experience in a customer orientated role
This is a part-time role and the working hours are 26.5 hours per week: Wednesday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (the days could be negotiable) and Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm ...
