What does this role involve?
Working within our IT delivery team, you will drive the quality improvement on governance, reporting and delivering support across all portfolio projects and programmes.
You will create project files and be responsible for providing detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.
You will contribute to financial monitoring and reporting whilst maintaining systems and registers alongside attending meetings with various stakeholders.
Who we are looking for?
Your experience supporting and working within project and programme teams with processes and governance, will allow you to quickly make a positive impact in this role.
Your reporting, analysis skills and inquisitive nature will allow you to truly understand the workings of the PMO and allow you to provide support and guidance as required.
Your good eye for detail and willingness to take ownership of allocated tasks to completion, will ensure you swiftly become productive in this role.
You will have experience using Power BI and Power Automate to support organising processes throughout the business.
Your ability to work using your own initiative alongside your effective communication skills, will allow you to swiftly become an integral part of the team.
