Job summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our team for a fixed term of 12 months to cover the previous post holder who is going on sabbatical.
You should possess a commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work. The successful applicant will be working in a busy office environment with a multidisciplinary estates team.
The role will be based predominantly in the office with site visits to gather estates information across all our sites from Chester through to Macclesfield.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an Estates Information Officer who can support a multidisciplinary team (Capital, Operational, Fire Safety, Sustainability, Business and Compliance) gathering information on our buildings and assets, through site surveys, updating CAD drawings, maintaining MICAD Internet Property Register, updating asset information on My Compliance and support in completing the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC)
Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications
Essential
1. GCSE or equivalent grade c or above in English and Maths
2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
3. City & Guilds Level 2 in Computer Aided Design (7689-04) or equivalent.
Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
4. Experience of utilising AutoCAD in a construction/ building/ architectural environment
5. Experience of MICAD ( showing detailed understanding of the core IPR and associated modules.
Desirable
6. Knowledge / practical experience of ERIC
7. Knowledge and understanding of NHS Health Building Notes and Health technical Memorandum
