Macclesfield Supported Living Network provides individualized and person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes. People are supported to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, and maintain tenancy agreements.
Support can be provided over 24 hours and is focused on maximizing people's independence, choice, and control, including medication, money management, and all aspects of daily living. The networks work in partnership with the individual, parents, families, and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

The job holder must have the right values, be friendly, and have a positive approach. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible and to be part of a rota which comprises working weekends and bank holidays.
Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication, and managing finances). The service operates over 24 hours. Starting pay is £12.18 per hour, up to £12.38 with enhancements for night shifts, time and a half at weekends, and double pay on all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
