Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a construction business in South Bristol on the recruitment of a full time and permanent Finance Administrator.
This role is to be fully office based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There is plenty of free parking on site.
Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator will include but not be limited to:
* Office administrative tasks including answering the telephone, collating weekly timesheets, managing expenses, overseeing an administrative database and sorting client documentation.
* Inputting all sales invoices, approximately 50 per month.
* Supporting with credit control, contacting debtors via phone and email as required to collect outstanding balances.
* Managing all client liaisons with regards to payments, and keeping a track of all necessary records, documents and more.
Your Profile:
* Strong proven experience in an office based role is essential for this position.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work well with numerical data.
* A can-do attitude, always prepared to support the business as required.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
In return, the salary on offer is £27,500 plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
