Customer Retention Coordinator E-commerce
This opportunity is for a large client of ours is to help develop, generate and maintain customer relationships through monitoring customers accounts and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
You'll focus will be on e-commerce sites and you will identify risks via data analysis and outreach.
Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems you will maintain customer records and help develop customer retention and acquisition strategies.
Using data analysis to provide reports
Work on content campaigns, email campaigns and loyalty programs
Identify at risk accounts
Comfortable using CRM systems - Bloomreach a bonus!
Experience within a retention or account e-commerce management area
Business marketing, e-commerce, customer service all beneficial
