Accounts Payable Assistant - Newtownards Temporary (2-months) | Full-Time | Site-based | January start £12.50 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience) REED Accountancy is delighted to be partnered with our client, a successful company in Newtownards, in the appointment of a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary (2-month) basis. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Organising and recording supplier invoices and credit notes. Processing high volume invoices/supplier payments Resolving customer/ supplier queries via email and phone. Matching invoices with approved purchase orders. Collaborating with departments/management outside of finance Ad hoc accounts administrative tasks as and when required. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounts' role using the purchase ledger. Previous experience operating an accounting software.
