Responsibilities:
FinancialPlanning andReporting:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Developing and overseeingbudgets and financial forecasts.
Conducting variance analysis to compare actual performance withbudgeted figures including cost center expense.
Analyzing financial data toidentify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.
2.Financial Reporting:
Preparingand presenting accurate and timely financial reports includingincome statements balance sheets and cash flowstatements.
Ensuring compliancewith local financial reporting requirements.
3.Internal Controls and Compliance:
Establishing and maintainingrobust internal control systems to safeguard assets.
Ensuring compliance withfinancial regulations and standards.
Coordinating audits (internaland external) and implementing auditrecommendations.
OperationalSupport:
1.Production Control:
Analyzingproduction data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in themanufacturing process.
Collaborating with APU managers to develop solutions for scraprework OEE productivity and efficiency.
2.Supply Chain and Purchase Control:
Evaluating the financial impactof supply chain decisions such as sourcing materials from differentsuppliers or changing logistics partners.
Action: Working with theprocurement team to negotiate better terms with suppliers andoptimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve reliability.
3.Cost Reduction Initiatives:
Identifying areas where costs can be reduced without compromisingquality or production capabilities.
Implementing lean manufacturingprinciples such as reducing waste improving process efficienciesand enhancing workforce productivity through targeted trainingprograms.
4.Capex Control:
Assessing thefinancial viability of proposed capital projects such as newequipment purchases or facility upgrades.
Conducting costbenefit analysesprojecting the return on investment (ROI) and providingrecommendations to management on whether to proceed with theinvestment.
4. Inventory Control:
Ensuring accurate inventoryaccounting and overseeing physical inventory counts.
Analyzing inventory turnoverrates and identifying slow moving or obsolete inventory. Workingwith the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and reducecarryingcosts.
CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
1.Acting as a liaison between the finance department and otherdepartment to ensure financial considerations are integrated intodaily operational decisions.
2.Facilitating regular financial review meetings with crossfunctional teams to discuss financial performance and operationalissues.
3.Supporting new product development including cost estimation pricestrategies and profitabilityanalysis.
Requirements
Honesty and integrity with respective manner
Bachelor or above academicdegree with major in finance accounting or other similardisciplines.
5 years of financeworking experience in manufacturing.
ERP skill i.e. SAP FI/CO
Strong Microsoft skills
Excellent writing andcommunication skill in English andChinese
