As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will commence a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Working within a small class environment, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing individual progress in social, emotional, and academic development. Your responsibilities may include providing personal care tailored to the specific needs of children, as well as collaborating closely with the teacher to engage pupils with complex needs.
Adherence to school-wide policies and schemes, as well as individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs), is essential. Safeguarding training will be provided through Teaching Personnel to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.
This position offers flexibility for candidates with notice periods. With the opportunity for a temp-to-perm transition, successful candidates may secure a permanent placement upon demonstrating their capabilities during a trial period.
