The Shorterm group are currently recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 automotive Supplier to join their innovative vehicle programme team in a pivotal role as Schedule Management Coordinator. We're seeking a skilled individual to ensure precision and coordination in project schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Guide team through high-level logic planning to detailed scheduling.
- Develop comprehensive programme schedules with attention to quality metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews and implement updated processes for progress monitoring.
- Facilitate identification and resolution of plan risks and issues through critical path analysis.
- Provide guidance on scheduling and planning concepts, acting as a coach for the team.
- Compile Planning Pack for management reviews and escalation forums.
- Manage programme-specific systems administration tasks using P6 Primavera Software.
