Financial Controller, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based, Bridgwater, £60,000-70,000 (DOE), company pension scheme, contractual sick pay, 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service).

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes.

3. Manage the financial operations team.
4. Develop and implement financial strategies.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage a team effectively.
5. Relevant degree or professional qualification in finance or accounting.
