Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.
2. Logistics & Tracking: Providing accurate updates on order status and shipping.
3. Customer Support: Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries in German.
4. Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Stock Queries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability and stock.
What We're Looking For:
7. Native-level fluency in German (both spoken and written)
8. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
9. Great communication skills and the ability to handle queries with a professional, friendly approach
10. Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
11. Must be within a commutable distance to Nottingham
