My client is a well-known firm with well-established roots in the Yorkshire region. There is an excellent opportunity available for a junior lawyer based withinmutable distance of Ilkley who can demonstrate some good experience handling wills, the administration of estates and trusts and Powers of Attorney.
This position is open to lawyers who are either qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives (qualified through CILEx) and ideally my client wishes to recruit someone either at the newly-qualified level or someone with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience. Previous experience either by way of working as a Private Client paralegal or havingpleted a training contract seat which covered Wills/Estates/Trusts/Powers of Attorney matters is essential. Any qualified lawyers who meet these criteria within the Yorkshire region and who are ambitions, enthusiastic and motivated to build their reputation and skills within the Private Client specialism should seriously consider applying.
The successful applicant will be expected to run their own caseload under the supervision and with the assistance of a close and experienced team of legal professionals. This is a full-time position. However, if there was an exceptional candidate with the experience described above, my client would also be prepared to consider someone looking for a part-time position.
Maintaining an inclusive, supportive and vibrant culture is very important for my client and with limitless progression opportunities available, the successful candidate can expect a top quality experience where they expect to be well-supported and enabled to continue their development as a specialised legal practitioner.
Salary ispetitive and subject to negotiation depending upon a candidate's level of experience.
