Our client is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Development Director to join their NHS account management sales team. This exciting role involves working closely with the NHS Pod to expand penetration within existing accounts (currently 60 and growing) and engaging with C-level executives across the NHS to sell their market-leading digital transformation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the NHS Pod to expand account penetration within existing NHS customers. Research NHS Trusts and the wider NHS landscape to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions. Upsell their platform across multiple departments and stakeholders within NHS Trusts. Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference centres from current customers to strengthen relationships and leverage these in the wider NHS. Construct compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and leverage them for broader business use. Present and demonstrate their solutions to C-level executives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Negotiate complex agreements and ensure successful client onboarding and long-term relationships. Key Requirements: 3 years of experience in SaaS software solution sales. 3 years of experience working within the NHS, selling to C-suite executives. Proven track record of successful sales in complex software solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to increase market share within current accounts. Strong understanding of selling to the NHS and navigating its unique challenges. Ability to manage the entire sales cycle: cold calls, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for chasing deals. Driven, outgoing personality with excellent listening skills and a desire to be the best. Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
