Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Serendipitys Day Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
* To develop and implement engaging play-based activities that cater to individual children's needs and interests.
* To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
* National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
