Day to Day Duties
* Completing reports such as; daily, weekly, or periodic loss and delivery reports
* Provide administrative support to the Logistics Management Team when needed
* Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
* Support the Management Team when needed
* Directing and prioritizing orders
* Schedule deliveries
Essential Skills
* Minimum of one year experience as an Administrator
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* The ability to plan your work diary, use your initiative and meet deadlines
Desirable Experience
* Experience working as an Administrator is essential.
