Salary: £14000 - £24000 per annum (pro rata) based on 40 weeks work, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support the well-being and education of students in a dynamic secondary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting student behaviour, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
This Behaviour Mentor role requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing guidance and support to students experiencing difficulties with their behaviour
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and carers
Requirements
To be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of child development and learning theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
* Experience working in a secondary school setting or a similar environment
