Your duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
* Assist in carrying out educational strategies that are appropriate for each child's learning goals.
* Develop a connection of trust with every child and speak to them in terms they can understand.
* Encourage diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, and make sure all the children have equal access to learning and growth.
* Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson.
