We are looking for a driven and customer facing Technical Business Development Manager to become an addition to their team. Our clients are dedicated to sustainability, change, and bringing top-rated solutions in packaging industry. Their territory covers the south of England, and they are offering a basic salary up to £45,000, on top commission structure and the choice of a company car or allowance. The role of the Technical BDM involves: Expanding the sales of both in-house and manufactured across the Southwest and Wales. Managing and growing the assigned territory by key relationship building and sales expansion. Utilising customer engagement, whilst working directly with clients to identify their packaging needs. Present and sell tailored commercial packaging solutions. Developing and maintaining new business. For the Technical BDM you need: Previous business development experience out in the field. Experience within the Packaging, Manufacturing or Engineering industries. As a Technical BDM you’ll get: Basic salary up to £45,000. Realistic bonuses and commission structure.
