The Opportunity
Based at our Flagship Hardrock Quarry in Bardon Hill, Leicestershire we now have an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager. Whilst onsite youll cover a 4on 4off 18:00-06:00 shift, where youll have full site responsibility of one of our three Super Quarries in the UK.
This is a highly visible role where you can set up for success and growth into other areas of the business. Onsite youll have full responsibility of this Super Quarry, accountable for ensuring our teams are operating in a safe manner. Our production and processing equipment will be operating late into the evening, with maintenance tasks and preparation for the days activities commencing through the night giving you a true variation in teams and departments.
Youll play a pivotal part in all site activities to achieve our targets of 4m+ tonnes of output annually. Your actions throughout the shift will set our day team up for success, so we all achieve together.
