As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department and senior management. You will be contacting potential new customers via enquiries and Working closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Marketing. you will take the reins on lead generation and support the team with various tasks, including:
Managing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and intro packages.
Creating reports to support senior management as needed.
Communicating with clients to identify project requirements and potential leads.
Monitoring specifications on NBS and reaching out to project leads.
Assisting the sales team in managing major projects and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
Updating and following up on leads that have been quoted but not yet converted.
Assisting with marketing activities to generate leads, such as social media posts, LinkedIn outreach, and website updates.
Skills/Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

✨ Previous lead generation and marketing experience.
✨ Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
✨ High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
✨ Flexibility in managing priorities.
✨ Confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.
✨ Strong communication and people skills.
Additional Information:
Full-Time position based in Sparkbrook, Birmingham.
Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday, or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm on Friday (one week per month).
Enjoy 23 holiday days plus statutory holidays.
Competitive salary range of £23, to £25, (DOE).
