As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the organisation by carrying out a range of tasks, including:
1. Preparing proposal documents and obtaining valuations
2. Completing various searches to ensure accurate information
3. Maintaining the CRM system with up-to-date customer details
4. Following up with suppliers and the sales team to gather updates on pending and agreed proposals
5. Raising and checking documentation as required
6. Taking ownership of queries and effectively communicating issues to the relevant sales personnel or customer
