We are seeking a highly capable Executive and Personal Assistant to provide critical support to an executive who runs a secondary summer education business and is an advisor to investors and privately owned companies. This role demands a detail-oriented and resourceful professional who can seamlessly manage both professional and personal administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
* Coordinate summer program logistics with select UK universities, ensuring smooth program planning, execution, and timely responses.
* Assist, as needed with summer program running and maintenance in 2025
* Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones
* Liaison between the executive and clients
* Assist with client onboarding
* Draft and polish correspondence, reports, and other client-facing materials.
Personal Administration:
* Manage personal appointments, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Handle personal errands and tasks.
* Oversee household administrative tasks.
* Proactively anticipate personal and professional needs
Key Qualifications:
* Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a senior consultant, entrepreneur, or executive.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or project management software.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
