One role is focusing on Planned Major Works in relation to Decarbonisation and the other role is doing reactive day to day surveying. This is a small housing association with properties based across South Wales, predominately in Cardiff & surrounds, RCT, and the Gwent valley. You will be responsible for an effective repairs and maintenance service to homes across South Wales, and to contribute to the long-term strategic planning for property services.
