Our client is a leading Fire & Security firm with over 150 employees. They cater to diverse customer bases, including commercial, domestic, and industrial sites.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time office-based position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating bid responses for customers across various sectors* Managing bid documents and ensuring timely submission* Maintaining accurate records of bids and customer interactions* Collaborating with sales teams to develop effective bid strategies* Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information* Monitoring and improving bid processes to increase success rates
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bid coordination or a related field* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word* Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
