The role
As a Facilities Management Administrator you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will self- deliver a seamless facilities management and administration provision for UKMFTS Site. - Supporting the onsite delivery team in the delivery of FM Services for all UKMFT Managed buildings.
Day-to-day, you’ll maintain spread sheets and information relating to procurement and purchasing for the business needs and liaising, as well as:
1. Support the FM function preparing Monthly reports and quotations, including the updating of information, managing team/company equipment registers.
2. Record maintenance records and certificates for all site equipment and booking sub-contractors to service equipment - PPM/Reactive works. Ensuring all documentation is always filed/recorded correctly.
3. Use of Microsoft Outlook Email, Explorer, Word, Excel and Power Point and Adobe Acrobat, and additional internal IT resources to carry out day to day business.
4. Check all facilities management (hard and soft) tasks that are logged on the system are routed for the appropriate action, including contacting contractors, managing, and signing of documentation with the use of the in-house electronic management systems such as TABSFM.
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Cranwell
Essential experience of the Facilities Management Administrator:
5. Experience in using Microsoft outlook, excel, PowerPoint and other administration systems.
6. Knowledge of working with the military
7. Knowledge of working on or around active airfields.
Qualifications for the Facilities Management Administrator:
8. Driving licence
9. BTEC Level 3 Award & Certificate in Principles of Business & Administration or equivalent
10. NVQ/SVQ in Business and Administration, Levels 1-4
Security Clearance
11. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC Clearance.
