Head of Operations – Supported Living
Location: Pinner
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per year
Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor Registered Managers and the Office Manager, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards while promoting best practices.
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Manage operational processes, including referrals, service user transitions, and safeguarding.
* Drive business growth by securing new clients and enhancing profitability.
* Maintain high-quality environments across supported living settings, ensuring safety and well-being.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, commissioning authorities, and healthcare professionals.
