Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Providing information about our financial products and services
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within financial services
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software
