Lead Customer Insight Analyst (12-month FTC) Leicester - Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
This company is a leading business in the retail industry and is seeking a Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join its Analytics team
You will be responsible for long-term reporting and analytics, looking at customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics. You will deal with any ad-hoc requests coming in from the different teams across the business, working to build out concise reports and presentations, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for the line management of 3 analysts.
Strong SQL experience
Experienced in data visualization tools
Previous management/mentoring experience
