The Role
As Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the office operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning while creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of office management and administrative operations
* Manage office health and safety compliance, including First Aid and Fire Marshal duties
* Coordinate internal events, team activities and wellbeing initiatives
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Arrange staff travel and meeting logistics
* Liaise with building management and vendors
* Support the management team with various administrative tasks
* Facilitate internal communications and staff engagement
* Ensure a professional reception service for visitors and clients
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
* Professional and proactive approach
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Qualifications
* Business Administration degree or relevant certification
* Previous experience in a fast-paced technology environment
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Working Hours 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday | On-site role
