£35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
Role Responsibilities for the HR Advisor role Include:
* Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across business areas including all sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance management plans, grievance and disciplinary processes.
* Welfare / OH referral / Risk Assessments / Amended duties / Capability processes
* Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required
