Our client works with a range of businesses providing industrial, office, retail, commercial and trade spaces as well as food outlets, hotels and gyms. They have built their estates with community in mind, ensuring those working within their estates have what they need to enjoy the best possible work life balance. With their portfolio growing across some of the regions most sort after post codes they are looking for a MRICS Surveyor to join their long serving management team. Reporting to the Asset Management Director, this newly created role is integral to the delivery of the business strategy of driving asset performance by: being the conduit between external consultants and the internal management team. working with and manage external surveyors and professional consultants in concluding numerous legal transactions and agreements. supporting the delivery of the refurbishment/Capex program. leading the CRM program through regularly visiting tenants, understanding the feedback and needs from each estate, implementing any necessary changes as well as seeking out further opportunities to add value to the portfolio. supporting with recurring property valuations, liaising with external teams to ensure up to date information in relayed. supporting with investment activities. The client is looking for someone with a degree or masters in Estate Management, MRICS, experience in Landlord and Tenant, property/asset management and ideally some exposure to valuation although not essential. They need someone who can work at pace with multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timescales, someone who can build and develop relationships with all stakeholders and be proactive in their management of the portfolio.
